Welcome to learn traditional yoga with focus on alignment and technique and the foundations of the science of yoga.

During this 3 hours session we use the traditional approach with joint warm up, physical postures (asanas), pranayama (using breath) and meditation.

No previous experience is needed.

Maximum 7 participants, which means You will get a lot of individual help and hands on assistance ,

Non-refundable, but You may give your spot to someone else.

Please make sure you are on time. The doors will open 15 minutes before and close 5 minutes before starting time. If you are not on time, you will not be let in. This is also part of the yogic practices, being on time.

Please bring your own mat if you have one. It is beneficial to always practice on your own mat. You may borrow a mat if you don’t have one. .

This studio is for those who want to deepen their practice, get individual feedback and help and also explore the deeper layers of yoga with a traditional approach.
