Traditional Yoga, 3 hours - Sunday Nov 16th, 10.00-13.00
Welcome to deepen your practice with the science of Yoga in this 3 hours long class..
We use the traditional approach with joint warm up, physical postures (asanas), pranayama (using breath) and meditation.
All levels welcome, but it is recommended that you have tried yoga and/or physical exercise before. There will be separate beginners courses in yoga if you are an absolute beginner.
The focus is to experience the deeper layers of connecting to the breath, the energies and your Self.
Maximum 7 participants, which means You will get a lot of individual help and hands on assistance ,
Non-refundable, but You may give your spot to someone else.
Please make sure you are on time. The doors will open 15 minutes before and close 5 minutes before starting time. If you are not on time, you will not be let in. This is also part of the yogic practices, being on time.
Please bring your own mat if you have one. It is beneficial to always practice on your own mat. You may borrow a mat if you don’t have one. .
This space is for those who want to deepen their practice, get individual feedback and help and also explore the deeper layers of yoga with a traditional approach.
