Deep dive into Your Souls Journey
When we come to Earth, we aim to be IN THE BODY, but not identifying with it.
We work with Spirit Embodied practices like movement, yoga, fascia release, voice activations, intuitive exercises, meditations and more.
We do this in an environment that supports relaxation, inspiration, joy and connection.
This way the body and mind may fully retreat inward, while enjoying that which is outward.
To make sure Your expectations are met and to be clear of what this retreat offer, there will be a questionnaire sent out before Your spot is confirmed.
Daily schedule
07.30 - 10 am Yoga and Movement practice
10-11.30 am Brunch
Free time to spend in nature, meditate, write, take a swim hang out, connect…
3.30 — 6.30 pm Workshop
including movement, voice release, intuitive exercises
6.30-8 pm Dinner
Yoga/Movement class in the mornings

Accommodation
This space is within very simple living standards. This way, we may connect to Nature and my wish is for You to feel at home in this space. Free to be You, at ease and fully relaxed. This place is still under renovation, so the accommodation is simple and shared.
I want to share the journey of unfolding and show that everything doesn’t have to be perfect instead the basic things may actually bring us a lot of creative solutions. If “the simple living” is not for you, keep an eye on my other upcoming retreats with a more luxurious surrounding. This retreat focuses specifically on Expansion of Consciousness.
There will be separate retreats focused on Yoga and Movement.

The Buildings and the Surroundings
There are three small summer houses (no winter insulation), where we share accommodation.
The Ocean House
Right by the water there is a small house overlooking the ocean with amazing views. This one has one double bed and is suitable for couples or close friends.
The Moon House
There will be two or three beds in this little house and if renovations go according to plan, there will be a dry toilet in here and running water.
The Sun House
The small, but well planned “main” building, with a kitchen is where we will have our workshops and meals when the weather is not allowing outside activities.
In this house we will be able to put out mattresses if needed. Super cozy.
The Dream tipi
There will be a tipi for those who want to sleep even closer to nature.
Bring our own tent
If you prefer “Single accommodation” there is space to bring and set up your own tent.
A work in progress
There will be an outdoor shower (maybe warm water - maybe NOT) and outhouse for bathroom, so no regular water toilets. There may be one dry toilet in the Moon House - if the renovations are according to plan.
We are right on the ocean with a sun deck and cliffs, where we can swim and chill.
Come with an open mind. A longing to get back to nature. to connect to like minded people, coming together to learn,to grow, to inspire, to sing, to be ourselves, to move, to laugh, to dance, to enjoy life together in the most MAGICAL space.

Cancellation policy
To book Your spot there will be a non-refundable deposit. The full balance is due 15 days before the retreat.
For cancellations prior to 30 days before the retreat there is a refund minus the deposit and an administrative fee.
30 days prior to the retreat there are no refunds, but you may of course find someone else to take your spot.
Part of Trusting that what is meant for us can never pass us by and lessons will come when we are ready. Practicing follwing Intuition, Courage and Commitment.
