Some encounters in life are not coincidences — they are soul appointments. And meeting Paulina was exactly that for me. One of the most transformative experiences I’ve had with Paulina was a two-day retreat, held with a circle of other luminous souls. There, in nature’s embrace, time slowed. The noise quieted. And I could finally hear my own voice — the voice of my soul. We laughed, cried, meditated, danced with our truths. There were moments of silence more healing than a thousand words. Moments of pure light, where I remembered why I came to this Earth.

Navigating the world of healing is tricky task these days. The old teachings are meeting the new age of spirituality online, and many of us don’t know where to turn. Do I sit on the top of a mountain in silence for the rest of my life to become free, or do I ecstatic dance and manifest my way to it?
Many of us turn to teachers that seemingly give us all “the answers”, which may feel good for a short amount of time, but in the long run leave us in a state of adaptation or searching.
